Mommy & Me Fitness. Mondays at 9:30am.

A fun and energizing workout designed just for moms! This class focuses on building strength, boosting endurance, and feeling amazing—while using your little one as your workout partner (and weight!). Expect creative, full-body moves that keep exercise playful and effective, all while bonding with your child. Perfect for busy moms who want fitness and family time all in one.

No age limit on the little one. Have them join in on the workout or let them play around the room so you can have time to yourself to workout!
