Lumionius Flow

Excited to announce that we’ll be holding ✨️ Luminous Flow ✨️ our signature candlelit warm + gentle yoga & mini sound journey every Tuesday night! We have been loving giving us all this opportunity to deeply reset our nervous systems — and we decider we just need to do it more often. These classes have been so special and MUCH needed! Tiffany and Alice are excited to continue bringing relaxing guided movement and gentle music journeys to the studio each week ❤️

Spaces are limited to about 16-20 people in each class, so signing up or showing up early is encouraged! See you there!
