Barre special for Valentines day.

It’s Galentines at the Barre! We’ll sculpt, shake, and strengthen to a playlist that swings between swoon-worthy love songs and cathartic breakup anthems—because whether you’re feeling the love or feeling over it, there’s room for you at the barre.
Feel free to dress in red or pink!

Ballet inspired movements combine to build this 45-minute high energy workout. Expect high rep, strength training focusing on the legs then moving up the body for a complete full body workout. No experience needed
