Tango is verbinding: met de ander, maar vooraleerst ook met jezelf. Het gaat over present zijn in het moment. In deze workshop geeft Willemijn tips over hoe je als volger zo present mogelijk kunt zijn en blijven. Je werkt aan je houding, je evenwicht (al dan niet op hakken), en aan het bewaren van rust in de omarming. Verder leren jullie een aantal mooie versieringen (adornos), die direct van pas zullen komen bij het dansen op een salon of oefenavond. Een danspartner is niet nodig, want de les is op individuele basis. Ben je leider en wil je graag meedoen? Van harte welkom, de les is zeker ook nuttig voor jou.

Special workshop by Guillermina Tango Technique & Styling for followers on Thursday July 10, 19.00 - 20.15 in Amersfoort - don't miss out!
Tango is about connection: with the other, with the music but first and for all: with yourself. It's about presence in the moment. In the workshop Guillermina will give you some tips & tricks about how to be and to stay present. We will work on your posture, balance and maintaining calmth in your embrace. Also you will learn some simple but nice embellishments (adornos), that you can inmediately use dancing on a salon or practica. You won't need a partner, because the lesson is on individual basis. Are you a leader, but you would like to take the lesson anyway? Of course, feel free to join, the workshop will be of use for both roles!
