We’re hosting a 2-hour collaborative Headshot Swap for photographers who want variety, multiple styles, and fresh looks without booking multiple sessions.

When reserving your spot, you’ll see two class options, Studio A and Studio B. These are not separate events, they’re only used to balance attendance. No matter which one you book, everyone rotates through both studios.
Here’s how it works �
You’ll be paired 1:1 with another photographer. You’ll spend 10 minutes shooting them, then 10 minutes switching roles. Each round includes a 10-minute transition to rotate studios and change outfits. There are 4 total rounds, rotating between Studio A and Studio B.
By the end of the event, you’ll be photographed by 4 different photographers, photograph 4 different photographers, and experience multiple lighting setups and backdrops. Pairings and studios are pre-assigned each round to maximize mixing and connection.
What to bring �
Your camera, an SD card, 1–4 outfit options (layers encouraged), easy-on shoes, and any small personal props you’d like.
Image expectations �
You’ll edit your own images at home. Images may be edited and shared by the photographer who took them and by Varsa Studios. Credit is appreciated but not guaranteed, as it may be difficult to remember who took which image.
This is a fast-paced, community-style event, not a traditional photoshoot. Please be ready to follow rotations, respect the schedule, and collaborate.
