The Sunday Smoke Show at Beerfarm brings the finest local produce together to create mouth-watering share boards. Smoked meats paired with tasty sides making one epic feed for you and your mates!
From 11am every Sunday alongside our daily lunch menu, we will be serving up smoked meat delicacies, along with whatever our creative kitchen crew dreams up.
This low and slow style of cooking requires a lot of time and expertise to ensure the meat stays moist and flavoursome. Carefully selected cuts of premium local meats are smoked low and slow on our Bullockhead Creek off-set smoker.
Our kitchen team patiently attends to the smoker throughout this process to maintain the perfect smoking conditions and ensure these meaty morsels are as perfect as they can get for your enjoyment!
Precision timings and temperatures are required for different cuts/types of meat, meaning there is no shortage of perfectionism involved in the process.
We recommend sharing one board between 2 - 4 people, depending on how much room you’re saving for beer...
