Rebirthing is more than a meditation — it’s a guided breathing and somatic movement journey to release what’s been sitting stagnant in your body and holding you back. Bring anything that will help you create a cozy nest: yoga mat, seat cushion or bolster, blanket, and even a sleep mask if you like. The more comfortable you are, the deeper you can drop in.
No experience needed — just bring yourself, an open heart, and maybe a journal for after.
