Unfoldings - Epics to Expression

Unfoldings is a process-led community-rooted art residency that invites 15 artists to explore the creative potential of epics folklores sagas and oral traditions — not as narratives to reproduce but as seeds for transformation and creation.
Set in a grounding rural space near Hyderabad the residency centers around art-making as a way of listening responding and expressing through timeless stories that have traveled generations.
This is not a space for chasing masterpieces — but for slowing down sharing influences and allowing form to rise from old tales retold through new hands.
