This is a facilitated evening for women navigating work, life and responsibility and sensing that something is shifting.

You may be highly capable and outwardly successful, yet operating in constant output mode. This space offers a structured pause to recalibrate how you’re working with your energy, focus and capacity.

During the session, you can expect:

• Grounded discussion around nervous system regulation, energetics and natural cycles and how they influence focus, decision-making and resilience
• Space to step out of pressure and constant doing, without being asked to perform or share more than feels comfortable
• Guided reflection to help you clarify where you are now and what you need before your next chapter
• A calm, professional environment designed to restore clarity rather than add more information

This is not a workshop or a networking event.

There are no slides, no action plans and no expectation to fix anything.

You’ll leave feeling steadier, clearer and better resourced with a deeper understanding of how to work more intelligently with yourself, not against yourself.
