Join us on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 4:00–7:00 PM in the KEDPLASMA Altoona parking lot for a safe, fun, and family-friendly Halloween celebration!
Local businesses, organizations, and community members will be decorating their trunks and handing out candy and treats to kids of all ages. Costumes are encouraged, and there will be plenty of festive decorations, sweet treats, and community spirit to enjoy.
