Where: Stations will be inside & running will be outside of the F45 Studio
What: Mini version of the Famous Worldwide Hyrox Event that blends functional fitness with endurance (event layout below)
Sign Up SINGLE or DOUBLE?! You can sign up by yourself and do the entire event solo OR you can sign up with a partner and share the workload at each station and take turns running
Why: F45 Training is the Official Training Partner of Hyrox World, so why not?!

A HYROX event is a fitness competition that blends functional fitness with endurance. It's designed to challenge athletes with a series of standardized exercises and running segments. The event consists of 8 workout stations spread over a 1km run (total of 8km). Each workout station tests different aspects of fitness such as strength, endurance, agility, and cardiovascular capacity.
