Pole clinic

Come and join us on this fun and effective pole clinic in a beautiful indoor arena.
Sessions are £35 each for semi private (2 per session) and £50 for 45 min private. These sessions can be ridden or Inhand so suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Pole work sessions have many benefits including;
