Centred around self care, creativity, connection and relaxation, this slow, cosy day is designed to help you feel yourself again.
We’ll spend time working with essential oils and blending your own oil to take home, learning about crystals and how to use them for your own healing and settling in to a deeply relaxing meditation with sound healing. There’ll be tarot card pulls and intuitive guidance to help you reflect on where you are now and what’s unfolding ahead.
It’s the kind of space where you can just be you 🤗. Connecting with likeminded women, comforting, and supportive. Like a hug for your soul!
