Celebrate the region’s best ingredients with a six-course, chef-led pairing dinner prepared by Chef Carter Smith and complemented by 1911’s ciders and spirits. The evening begins with a cocktail hour featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by an intimate, seated dining experience in the River Birch Bar.
Each course highlights locally sourced, in-season ingredients crafted with care, paired thoughtfully with 1911 selections for a night that captures the taste of Central New York.
