Women Drumming- The Garden of Eden

Drum Temple presents 100 Women Drumming: The Garden of Eden Edition a 3-day event primal drumming experience honoring ancient myth inner alchemy and the fruit of our vine.

Friday Saturday Sunday September 26 27 28.

May we recreate this experience in a room of women so powerful the walls shake and women across the world hear our freedom roar.

As we drum from the CORE OF OUR BEINGS we will focus on this myth and the true power of alchemy from darkness into light.

Through drum song voice movement and ancestral remembrance may we reap the benefit of the fruit of our own vines.

This weekend experience will be a 3-part cycle moving through the energy of this myth and HEALING THROUGH THE SACRED DRUM BEAT.

Friday:

Women’s Primal Drumming: is a 3-hour ceremonial of the dark feminine and our potent magic we as women can create using the djembe drum movement expression and voice in deep alchemy. 

The ceremony begins with a sacred descent where we set intentions speak our truths and ground into safety through meditation. From there we move into deep vocal and primal movement activations drumming together in ecstatic expression release and remembrance of our ancient power. In the silence that follows we listen—receiving the messages spirit has been waiting to share through us as the oracles we are.

Attire: dark or black dress representative of your sacred darkness

Time: doors to vendor garden & mingling outside of ceremony space 6:30-7:30, ceremony 7:30-10

Bring: water bottle, djembe if you have, shamanic drum if you have one.

Saturday:

Women’s Primal Drumming: The Garden of Eden is a 3-hour ceremony transitioning Friday night’s experience into the light with opportunity for reclamation and rebirth. We will connect to the juicy abundant fruits of our vine using the djembe drum movement trance and voice to tap into the truest expression of our reality. 

Attire: vibrantly colorful dress to reflect the juicy Garden of Eden

Time: doors to vendor garden & mingling outside of ceremony space 6:30-7:30, ceremony 7:30-10:00

Bring: water bottle, djembe if you have, shamanic drum if you have one.

Sunday (opens to all ):

Join us for a soulful Sunday afternoon designed to weave together the threads of our entire journey. This unique experience blends a technical rhythm workshop integration circle and a welcoming space to drop in deeply and reflect on all that has moved through us.

Attire: none specific

Time: 1-4pm

Bring: water bottle, djembe if you have, journal

*It is highly recommended to complete the full ceremonial cycle with all 3-day events. 

For 3 day events ticket includes the Friday and Saturday night full-circle ceremonies as well as the Sunday class and integration circle.

Please be sure to get a ticket with djembe rental if you do not have a djembe.
