Coping with the Holidays Workshop - In-Person & Virtual (FL)

Holidays can be overwhelming when you are grieving the loss of a loved one. Participants will learn practical coping skills and tools to utilize during events of the season, how to embrace grief during the holidays, and have the opportunity to express thoughts and feelings about grief.

Free workshop - in-person or virtual. Open to the community. Facilitated by licensed mental health counselors.
