About the event

Cf 4 Life Training Ride
30ish miles on an off the Seminole Wekiva Trail through a few neighborhoods. Rolling pace will be 16 on the Trail, we will pick up the pace in the neighborhoods. There will be two opportunities for a sprint. Don't worry if you don't want to participate, keep your pace. We will regather each time.
