Franklin's Friends is excited to present the twelfth annual HOWL-O-WEEN
Dog Walk-a-Thon and Canine Costume Contest. We expect at least 500 animal lovers will come out for this fun, can't miss event. All proceeds benefit Franklin’s Friends

-$20 in advance; $25 at the door
