Join fellow therapists, counselors, social workers, and mental health professionals for a relaxing yoga flow followed by light networking. This space is designed specifically for those working in the mental health field to unwind, connect, and support one another.

To preserve the intention of this event as a peer space for mental health professionals, we kindly ask that only those currently working in the field attend. Thank you for understanding and honoring this community space.
