Ages 7–15 | 45–60 minutes | Weekly class
Every child is born with a spark of inner knowing—an intuitive voice that helps them understand the world, themselves, and others in deep, meaningful ways. In this playful and nurturing class, children will learn to trust their instincts, honor their feelings, and connect to their heart’s wisdom—all through games, storytelling, movement, and mindful creativity.
Through this class, children will:
*Learn what intuition is—and how it feels in their body
*Explore grounding and calming techniques to tune in
*Using games and imagination to express inner messages
*Practice gentle “energy sensing” and emotional awareness
*Strengthen empathy, self-trust, and inner confidence
We’ll sit in safe, supportive circles where kids are encouraged to share, listen, and reflect—building both their intuitive gifts and their emotional intelligence.
Whether your child is highly sensitive, creatively curious, or simply wants to feel more connected to themselves and others, this circle is a space for awakening the light they already carry inside.
