Zach Sanders is a spiritual coach and certified expert in Raja Yoga, trained under Himalayan masters of Northern India.
With over 2,500 hours of teaching experience, Zach has guided hundreds through the inner journey of awakening—helping them heal their chakras and realign with their True Self.
His work is based on ancient yogic wisdom, offering a grounded path to lasting inner peace, presence, and personal liberation.
Mitchell Lessmann is a Breath & Wellness Holistic Coach offering grounded, healing experiences that help others connect beyond the five senses and discover peace, joy, and freedom.
Certified in Kundalini, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga, Mitchell leads sound baths, yoga nidra, yin, and restorative practices with a calm, minimalistic approach. His time in ashrams informs his powerful yet accessible teachings.
He also co-leads Living Transformation with Zach Sanders, guiding others toward deep peace, clarity, and love beyond the senses.
