Through gentle facilitation, we will:

Drop into the body and connect with your inner rhythm

Witness and be witnessed — in pairs and as a group — with presence and care

Explore both your radiance and your tenderness, allowing whatever wants to emerge to be seen

Practice radical permission to be yourself in motion
