Belly Yoga & Dance Workshop

Join us for a deeply nourishing and empowering Belly Yoga session where ancient movement arts meet sacred geometry.

We’ll begin with Sacred Geometry Belly Flow Activation — weaving figure 8s, spirals, and vesica piscis patterns through the body to awaken your life force and connect heart, womb, and spirit.

Through fluid yoga postures, breathwork, and mindful undulations, you’ll unlock your body’s natural rhythm, enhance core strength, and tap into the divine feminine energy.

Our journey will flow into an uplifting dance segment, blending belly dance-inspired moves with meditative movement for joy, self-expression, and celebration.

To close, we will share in a Rose Lineage Ritual — honoring the timeless path of the sacred feminine through the beauty and symbolism of the rose. This heart-opening ceremony will invite love, compassion, and truth to blossom within you, sealing your practice in grace.
