Led by Dr. Sharon May, Ph.D., LMFT, licensed therapist and founder of Safe Haven Relationship Counseling Center, this retreat brings a compassionate, research-based approach to emotional healing. You’ll receive practical tools to help process what you’re going through, restore a sense of calm, and reconnect with the hope that’s still within reach.
Dr. Catherine Hart Weber, Ph.D., LMFT, ACC — Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Certified Spiritual Director, and ICF-Certified Coach. Dr. Hart Weber brings decades of expertise in emotional wellness, spiritual formation, and integrative care.
Dr. Sylvia Hart Frejd, D.Min., MCC, NBC-HWC — Doctor of Ministry in Spiritual Formation, Master Certified Coach, and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach. Dr. Frejd offers practical tools for personal resilience, mind-body wellness, and spiritual support.
This is not a lecture or support group. It’s a guided pause—a time to reflect, breathe, and move forward with greater strength.
