Join me under the first full moon of 2026.

We gather around a beach fire to come back to ourselves after the busy Christmas period & to set intentions for the coming year.

A grounding yogalates session to reroot yourself.
A meditation & intention setting exercise.
An optional dip in the sea.

Lit by the first full moon of the year & warmed by the heat of a fire.
