Sourdough Bread Class

Spaces available for Sourdough Bread Class Friday September 19th and 26, 5pm, Saturday September 27, 1pm! Contact Amy for registration, 586.557.5155😍 $60 per person, payment due day of class. We accept cash, check, Apple Pay, Zelle and Venmo.
In class we do each step hands on! Feed your own starter! We make dough and go over the simple formula! Form, score and bake your own loaf! Then, we eat sourdough with olive oil and herbs from my garden 😋
Go home with your very own active sourdough starter, a load of bread and my sourdough formula, with bonus recipes 😲 Class is about two hours long.
