Crystal Sound Bath & Restorative Yin Yoga

Join us December 17, for a mini retreat! 6pm greeting at the bonfire with herbal tea. At 6:30 we’ll head to the Lodge, gather around the fireplace. Amy will play her crystal bowls and Elise will guide gentle Yoga, with props. 7:30 light refreshments and hors D’oeuvre. $50 per person.
