The Renegade Derby Dames 101 Derby Program starts March 15, and it’s built for absolute beginners. Over 10 weeks, you’ll learn:
🔥 How to skate, stop, and fall safely
🛼 Skills like gliding, hopping, and changing direction
🧠 The basics of derby rules and strategy
💪 Confidence, strength, and community

No experience needed. No “being in shape first.” Just show up as you are — we’ll help with the rest.
