Volunteer: Bird Island Restoration Part 1 with Latodami

Join Latodami Nature Center staff and the Park Rangers to assist in the removal of invasive plants from the beloved Bird Sanctuary Island! This effort will restore a beautiful place to a healthy habitat. Meet at the Point Pavillion on Lakeshore Drive, then be paddled across the water by Parks staff. All tools, gloves, eye protection, boats, and life jackets will be provided. Bring water, wear long pants and closed toe shoes. Call for more information 724-935-2170.
