Ready to unleash your inner badass? Step into the thrilling world of Aerial Chains in this one-of-a-kind workshop led by Jenn, NJ’s original aerial chains master. Whether you're brand new or looking to level up your skills, this workshop is designed with progressions and options for everyone, so you’ll leave feeling strong, empowered, and inspired—no matter your experience level.

Expect to explore the unique strength, flow, and artistry of chains in a safe, supportive, and seriously fun environment. You'll learn how to move, pose, and play on this bold apparatus, unlocking a whole new side of your aerial self.

What to wear: Sleeved shirts, full-length pants, and socks to keep you comfy and protected. Layers encouraged. NO LOTION

After April 30th is will be $70 per person
A payment plan is available.
There will be 6 aerial points - allowing for 2 people per point
Max of 12 students per time slot.
