Grief is a natural response to a loss of any kind. It is an experience that encompasses the whole person, affecting us physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually. If you're experiencing grief, you don't have to face this alone. ❤️

Whether you've experienced loss recently or in the past, you are welcome to attend our twice-monthly Bereavement Drop-In Sessions.

🗓️ First and Third Tuesday of every month
⏰ 10am-11:30am
📍 Loreto Hall, Fitzroy Community Hospice

These sessions are a welcoming, safe and confidential space for people to talk and share their feelings, receive guidance, and connect with others who understand the journey of grief.

No bookings required, just come along.
