My goal for this evening is to share ideas, resources, and simple strategies that make feeling good not only possible—but sustainable. I want you to walk away feeling supported, inspired, and encouraged that wellness doesn’t have to be overwhelming.

We’ll focus on making health and wellness doable during this stage of life—breaking things down into approachable steps, creating space for real conversation, and celebrating the strength and resilience that midlife women carry. Together, we’ll explore ways to feel energized, empowered, and truly at home in your body.

I’m a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and Level 1 integrative health practitioner. Over the years, I’ve discovered how much I love the innocent and fun energy of young adults—but my true passion lies in helping women feel strong, confident, and energized at every stage of life.
