Swing dance classes are back... with a brand new 4-week class block!
Thursdays 7.30pm
November 13, 20, 27 and Dec 4th

The first couple of classes will be absolute beginner level and will progress from there - so encourage you to come to all 4 classes!
(Update) - If you're attending for the first time mid-block, feel free to arrive 15 mins early and we'd be happy to run you through the basic footwork.
This will get you dance floor ready in time for our end of year Christmas party!

What is swing dancing?
Swing dancing describes a collection of dances from the 1920s-40s jazz era, including lindy hop, charleston, balboa, shag, and blues. It grew out of the Harlem jazz scene, a joyful mix of rhythm, improvisation, and connection. There are large, friendly swing dance communities all across the world including right here in Australia.
