HALF ROX Simulation

Join us on SEPT 6th for a HALF-ROX Simulation!!

All 8 ROX Zones (1/2 distances with OFFICIAL ROX equipment) outdoor 500m run between each zone to really give you that race day feel. Test your grit, work on zone transitions, build confidence, and dial in your mindset as we begin race prep Chicago.

*You do not have to be a member to participate or be officially training for an event. This will be fantastic for people interested in possibly doing a HYROX one day to veteran and elites working to fine tune and set a benchmark.

*Athletes will go off in waves of ~4 people every 7-10mins starting at 7am! Grab your spot!!
