Allow your body to melt and deeply relax with this peaceful and restorative specialty class. This 60 minute class offers a beautiful blend of Restorative Yoga, guided breathwork and meditation as you ease into each pose, with peaceful live Kirtan music in each pose.

Be safely guided into restorative yoga poses using props for support and drop into each pose with soothing guided breathwork- led by Jamie Schmiling of Roots Yoga and Healing. Enjoy relaxing healing music on the harmonium with peaceful mantras sung in each pose- led by recording artist and new local musician, Allison Zopel. An excellent opportunity to reset as the busyness of summer begins to wind down. No yoga experience necessary.

Maximum: 14 participants. Minimum: 6 participants. If minimum number of participants isn't reached 48 hours prior to class, it will be canceled. In this case, registered participants will be notified and refunded the full amount. No refunds otherwise.
Studio will be open 20 minutes prior to class start time. Doors will be locked from the outside at class start time. No admittance for participants arriving late. This allows for all participants to enjoy a relaxed and safe experience. Thank you for your attention to this important detail.
Comfortable clothing, a blanket, and a water bottle are recommended for this class. Yoga mats, props, and extra blankets are provided for your convenience or you are welcome to bring your own.
