The Ripple Effect: Community Making Session
Join us for a relaxed, friendly afternoon of creativity as part of The Ripple Effect community art project, inspired by the themes raised in David Attenborough’s film Ocean, which will be available to view during the session.
Whether you’d like to make, create, stitch, upcycle or simply stop by for a cuppa, you are very welcome.
✂️ What You Can Do
• Create an A4, A5 or circular textile piece for the train of The Ripple Effect dress
• Use recycled fabrics and embellishments (everything provided)
• Collect a take home pack if you’d prefer to work on your piece in your own time
• Enjoy a slow stitch, relaxed session focused on calm, reflective making
• Pause, stitch and connect with creativity, with others and with the project itself
Great for a mindful approach to making.
