Sunday Stillness - Hatha Yoga, Meditation & Sound

Hi everyone ...
It's Lindsay here from Ahyoka Wellness.

Our Sunday Stillness Yoga class is a wonderful time to connect with yourself. It's a time to come together unwind the mind & free the body, in preparation for the week ahead.

We start with gentle movement by practicing Hatha Yoga, lengthening & stretching our bodies making way for new growth. Then followed by a heartfelt meditation, its to relax & unravel the mind.
Then to embrace our crystal singing bowls to harmonise the whole body & you will simply leave lighter & wholesome.

If you wanted to try Yoga and just not too sure, then I welcome you to come along. No yoga experience required - everyone is welcome Beginners & Intermediate.

ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED.
