Taste of Gujarat – hands on class

Join us for a hands-on cookery class at Aboyne Academy Home Economics Department. You will learn to cook a classic sweet and sour Gujarati Dal with peanuts, a herby nutricious curry with beans and coriander plus one of our customers favourites in Sutherland – Aloo Tikki . No prior knowledge is required just bring yourself, an apron and some containers to take home your delicious creations. Everyone will have their own workstation and set of ingredients. We will guide you through the cooking process by cooking alongside you with a live video feed to keep you on track.
