Screenagers Movie -Elementary School Age Edition

Even in elementary school, screens are a constant presence in kids’ daily lives — from games and videos to early social interactions. Screenagers: Elementary School Age Edition shines a light on how technology is shaping childhood, and what families can do to guide kids toward healthier habits.

In this compelling film, physician and filmmaker Dr. Delaney Ruston explores the struggles many families face around screen time, social media, video games, academics, and internet addiction. With insights from psychologists, brain scientists, and authors, the documentary offers both understanding and practical strategies to help children find balance in today’s digital world.
