Free Gentle Chair Yoga with Zoa at The SunShiners Social Club

Please join us for a weekly gentle chair yoga session with the wonderful Anna of Zoa Yoga and Meditation, who will be teaching us virtually. Sessions will include breathing exercises and some of the poses can be done standing for those who prefer it.

Sessions are free of charge for all community members. Pre-registration is required but once registered you may drop in as your schedule allows.
