We use the same types of smokers many people already own. Kamado grills, offset wood smokers, and pellet BBQs. You’ll learn how each works and what it takes to get the most out of your own backyard BBQ setup. It’s also the best way to see what kind if BBQ suits you personally, before buying or upgrading if interested outdoor cooking.
All You Can Eat BBQ Cooking Experience
Every cut is smoked overnight using standard backyard smokers. The meats are hot and ready just in time for the class. You’ll enjoy beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. Pulled, shredded, and sliced fresh from the pit. And yes, there’s plenty for seconds because that second taste is when the flavour really sets in.

Fine Print
A minimum of 10 confirmed attendees is required for a class to run. If numbers are low, BBQAroma reserves the right to reschedule or merge class dates. We'll contact you in advance if this occurs.
The session kicks off at 1.00 pm at our Inner West Sydney Warehouse and runs for around 2+ hours (sometimes a little longer). Feel free to bring your drinks and enjoy the all-you-can-eat feast!
