Heard about Balboa but not tried it (we need to talk!). Love doing swing however want to learn that dance they do to fast music? Keep saying you’d like to try Bal but never quite get to it? Have learnt a little bit of Balboa but feel you haven’t quite got it comfortably yet? Maybe you just want to learn another dance style?
Whatever the reason… great news… we run beginner Balboa classes on a Monday night!!!
The next 3 week mini term of Balboa is starting MONDAY 13th October .

Trish and Derek!!!! For those of you who don’t know Trish and Derek they are simply absolutely beautiful Balboa dancers. They’ve been dancing and teaching Bal for years, have learnt from the greats, won numerous Bal competitions and are competition Balboa judges (they were judges at last years Australian Swing Dance competition that’s part of SLX)

7.00pm - 7.55pm beginners
8.00pm - 8.55pm intermediate/experienced!

To get a feel for location it’s only a few steps from King St… around the corner from the Botany View Hotel.

Most nights there’s street parking in Darley St and King St (unmetered)
It’s a 5 minute walk down King St from Newtown station (walk towards the chimney stacks however don’t go that far!) or a 2 mins walk from St Peter’s.

Classes are $20 per person per class, or $70 for a 4 class pass.
We take cash or card in class.
No partner??? No problem! You can come on your own or with a partner.
