In this class, you’ll join us to assemble a beautiful succulent pumpkin or fall planter that will complement your fall decor!
You can also create both if you can't decide. Cost is structured by project. See the following for details.
Pumpkin Breakdown - Cost $25*:
-One pumpkin
-A variety of succulent cuttings that will make your pumpkin look beautiful and unique
-Moss to use as the base for your cuttings
-Mess-free, stress-free chill time
*Additional succulent cuttings are available for purchase.
Pumpkins should also last up to Thanksgiving, if not longer. I finally threw mine away around January, and it wasn't because they broke down, but more because I was ready to move on from Fall by that time. You can also pull the succulent cuttings off of the pumpkins when you are finished and place them in dirt to grow.
Fall Planter Breakdown - Cost $45*
Assemble a beautiful, 13-inch fall planter with the following:
-1 Mum (orange/bronze, purple, red, or yellow)
-1 Rudbeckia (Amarillo Gold or Smileyz Glowing)
Choice of one of the following:
-1 Orange Celosia
-1 Purple Fountain Grass
-1 Songbird Red Kale
*Additional accents and plants are available for purchase. Varieties are available while supplies last.
Note: No two projects are alike. Photos are example only. We can also help you make a unique, beautiful creation if you'd like assistance.
When:
Saturday, September 13th or Saturday, September 27th
9-10:30 am or 10:30-12:00 pm
What to Bring:
-Gloves, if you'd like to keep your hands clean.
There is a bathroom with running water near Big Ole where you can wash up also.
Where:
Down by Big Ole at the Alexandria Farmers Market.
To register, go to drywoodhollow.com and find the class on our page (click Order Now button). Select the Date and Time you'd like to attend and then select Add to Cart. Click on the cart icon in the upper right corner, and then check out and pay.
