We’ll begin with a 50 minute Pilates class, led by Ally from Move With Us Physio & Pilates.
The session will focus on:

• Mobility and posture
• Feeling strong and confident in your body

✔ No prior Pilates experience needed

After Pilates, stay and enjoy a shared brunch experience created by The Kitchen Garden.
