Say HELLO YELLOW! Say RUOK!

In recognition of RUOK day on Thursday the 11th September, we'd like to invite you to wear yellow on Saturday the 13th September and come along for a walk, run, volunteer or chat.

Our lives can seem lonely in modern day life. parkrun offers an amazing community that can make us feel more connected, and give us a sense of belonging. We'd love to share this with those new to parkrun, through to the parkrun regulars.

parkrun offers significant mental health benefits including reduced stress, anxiety, and social isolation. As well as increased happiness, self-esteem, and a sense of community.

Come along in your yellow clothes or accessories, be part of our parkrun community and soak up the benefits.
