Free Carers and Parents of Defence (CPODs) Immersion Program

Take three (3) days to reset, reflect and reconnect. This in-person program is designed to support those who support others — offering space, tools, and shared insight for Defence parents and carers.

What’s included:

• Lived experience, education & storytelling
• Hands-on wellbeing activities (e.g. sauerkraut making, scent experience)
• Tools to build resilience, emotional intelligence & flexibility

You’ll walk away with:

• A clearer understanding of Defence systems & supports
• Practical strategies to care for yourself and your family
• Communication tools and boundary-setting techniques

This is time for you — to step back, strengthen your wellbeing, and connect with others who truly get it.

All meals, overnight accommodation included as part of the Immersion Program.
