What Are Prep Labs?
Uplift Dance Prep Labs are 90-minute pop-up intensives designed to help dancers build strength, confidence, and clean execution for school dance team tryouts. Each lab focuses on one key tryout skill area, allowing dancers to train with intention instead
of feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

Proper placement and technique for second turns. Controlling momentum, spotting, and clean finishes. Building consistency and confidence.
