9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit Opening Ceremony

Join us at the Bandshell in Central Park, Aledo, Illinois for the Opening Ceremony of the 9/11 Never Forget Mobile Exhibit being in Mercer County!

The American Legion Posts and Merco VFW will post the colors. The Pledge of Allegiance. Singing of the national anthem and special music. A welcome by the Mayor of Aledo. Invocation and closing prayer. A special message from Mr. Eric Baker. Recognition of our local first responders, military, and veterans. Introduction to the Tunnel to Towers staff and an address by their ambassador.

While the exhibit will be present at Central Park during the opening ceremony, there will be no tours that evening. Please join us the next day as tours begin.😊
