Dear Local Business,
We would like to invite you to be a part of our Charity Christmas Event on Saturday 6th December 2025.
Flyer for the event is attached below which gives more information about the event itself. We would love for as many local businesses to be involved as possible. All proceeds will be split between Thames Valley Air Ambulance and RABI - The Farmers Charity. I have included links to both charities below for more information.
We have lots of options for getting involved:
Stallholder - book a pitch to promote and/or sell your products. We do not charge for pitches or take sales percentages , we just ask that you provide a prize for our raffle of at least £5 value or a charitable donation.
Activity Area - run an activity to provide entertainment for our guests to enjoy throughout the day. This could be adult, child or whole family activities. Again we do not charge for these but just ask that you provide a raffle prize or donation of at least £5.
Food Vendor - our vision is to provide an area where people can relax and enjoy tasty food and drink at affordable prices. This could be hot, cold, sweet or savory. We just ask for a charitable donation, and to promote the event to help us get as many visitors as possible.
Open to vendors for ONE OR BOTH event sessions. Please advise when booking.
Event Sponsor - our sponsors help cover our costs in exchange for promotion at the event and on our media. We have many options available for all budgets, every sponsor will have their logo on our sponsors board, and will be promoted through socials and media channels.
Min Sponsorship - raffle prize (min £5 value)
£20 - £500 - logo added to media on the day and promoted in all pre and post day media. Opportunity to promote your business throughout the event with banners or a pitch to attend in person.
Volunteer- we have a huge labour requirement on the day, before and after the event. We would be extremely grateful if you have time to donate to help the day run smoothly. If you have experience in a specific area, even better! Please reply and let us know the times and hours you are able to attend.
