Project Linus Sewing Day

See You at Twisted Sisters on March 28th from 10 AM to 3 PM. They are located at 424 Marilyn Ln. in Alcoa. This will be a NO Machine event - Stay tuned to email and Facebook for more details or contact Deb. McCalister’s Deli (walking distance) and other restaurants are nearby for lunch.

We will have a guest speaker at 10:30 so please arrive between 10 and 10:30 or after 11:30 AM as to not interrupt the speaker. Remember this is a NO SEWING MACHINE event. Bring your hand stitching/sewing. After the speaker, we will have blankets that need labels, quilts to be tied and some crochet demonstrations/activities.

If you want to participate in the double yarn crochet blanket class, please bring a crochet hook and scraps of yarn if possible. We will have quite a bit of solid yarn, but bring (if you can) your scraps of yarn left from other projects. If not, we will have some for your to use. Crochet Hooks should be an H, I or J.
